Mona Simpson

Mona Simpson is an American author known for her novels and short stories. She was born on June 14, 1957, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Simpson's work often explores complex family dynamics and personal relationships. Her first novel, 'Anywhere But Here' (1986), received critical acclaim and was later adapted into a film. Simpson has received several awards for her writing, including a Whiting Award and a Guggenheim Fellowship. She is also the biological sister of the late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.
