Olive Schreiner

Olive Schreiner (1855–1920) was a South African author, anti-war campaigner, and intellectual. She is best known for her novel 'The Story of an African Farm' (1883), which deals with themes of existential independence, feminism, and critique of Victorian society. Schreiner was also a vocal advocate for women's rights and social justice, and her works often reflect her progressive views.
