Maurice G. Dantec

Maurice G. Dantec was a French-born Canadian science fiction writer and musician. Born on June 13, 1959, in Grenoble, France, he later moved to Canada, where he continued his career as a writer. Dantec is known for his cyberpunk-influenced novels, which often explore themes of dystopia, technology, and complex social issues. His notable works include 'Les Racines du mal' (The Roots of Evil) and 'Babylon Babies', which was adapted into the film 'Babylon A.D.' starring Vin Diesel. Dantec passed away on June 25, 2016.
