Janet Hobhouse

Janet Hobhouse was an American novelist and essayist known for her semi-autobiographical works and her exploration of female identity. Her notable works include 'The Furies' and 'Everybody Who Was Anybody: A Biography of Gertrude Stein'. She passed away from ovarian cancer in 1991 at the age of 48.
