Alexander Belyaev

Alexander Romanovich Belyaev (1884–1942) was a Soviet Russian writer of science fiction. Belyaev is best known for his novel 'Professor Dowell's Head', where he explored themes of ethics in science and the possibility of life after death through scientific means.
