Jaroslav Pelikan

Jaroslav Pelikan was a renowned American scholar and historian of Christianity. He was a prolific author, writing extensively on Christian history and theology. Pelikan is best known for his five-volume work, 'The Christian Tradition: A History of the Development of Doctrine.' His scholarship earned him numerous honors, and he served as the president of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was also a professor at Yale University for many years.
