Paul Starr

Paul Starr is an American sociologist and policy analyst who serves as the Stuart Professor of Communications and Public Affairs at Princeton University. He is also a co-founder and co-editor of 'The American Prospect', a liberal political magazine. Starr is best known for his work on the politics of media and health care, as well as his book 'The Social Transformation of American Medicine', which won the 1984 Pulitzer Prize for General Non-Fiction and the Bancroft Prize in American History.
