Livia Bitton-Jackson

Livia Bitton-Jackson, born Elli L. Friedmann in Czechoslovakia, is a Holocaust survivor and an author. She has written several memoirs recounting her experiences during World War II and her life after the war. Her most notable work, 'I Have Lived a Thousand Years,' is a memoir of her experiences as a young girl surviving Auschwitz and other concentration camps.
