Ernest Cline

Ernest Cline is an American author, spoken-word artist, and screenwriter. He is best known for his debut novel 'Ready Player One', which was published in 2011 and became a New York Times bestseller. The book was later adapted into a film directed by Steven Spielberg. Cline's work is noted for its nostalgic references to the 1980s and its celebration of geek culture. He has also written the sequel to 'Ready Player One', titled 'Ready Player Two', and other works such as 'Armada'.
