Ivan Vazov

Ivan Vazov was a Bulgarian poet, novelist, and playwright. He is often referred to as 'the Patriarch of Bulgarian literature.' He wrote the first Bulgarian novel 'Under the Yoke,' which is a key piece of Bulgarian literature and deals with the country's Ottoman rule.
