Sunetra Gupta

Sunetra Gupta is an Indian-born novelist, epidemiologist, and professor of theoretical epidemiology at the University of Oxford, UK. She has published several novels as well as scientific articles in the fields of infectious disease epidemiology. She is known for her work on the transmission dynamics of various infectious diseases, including malaria, influenza, and COVID-19. Gupta has also been involved in public health policy discussions, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
