Boris Strugatsky

Boris Strugatsky was a Soviet and Russian science fiction author who, along with his brother Arkady Strugatsky, co-authored a number of highly acclaimed science fiction novels. Born on April 14, 1933, in Leningrad, USSR (now Saint Petersburg, Russia), he was a part of the famous Strugatsky brothers writing duo. Their works often explored themes of social and technological progress, ethics, and the nature of the universe. Some of their most famous works include 'Roadside Picnic', which was adapted into the film 'Stalker' by Andrei Tarkovsky, and the Noon Universe series. Boris Strugatsky passed away on November 19, 2012.
