Mark Miodownik

Mark Miodownik is a British materials scientist, engineer, and broadcaster. He is a professor of materials and society at University College London, where he also serves as the director of the Institute of Making. Miodownik is known for his work in popularizing science and materials engineering through books, public lectures, and radio and television appearances. He is the author of 'Stuff Matters: Exploring the Marvelous Materials That Shape Our Man-Made World', which won the Royal Society Winton Prize for Science Books, and 'Liquid: The Delightful and Dangerous Substances That Flow Through Our Lives'.
